Envato launched MonoDesk, a workspace that lets freelancers and creative studios manage client projects end to end, from the first inquiry to the final invoice.

After a client signs a proposal, MonoDesk can automatically create a project with the agreed scope and estimated work time already filled in.

Clients can review delivered work in a shared portal and approve it or request revisions.

Time logged against each project shows whether the project is still on budget.

A built-in AI assistant can automatically draft a proposal from a vague client inquiry and flag requests that may fall outside the agreed scope.
