Runway Dev 插件登陆 Claude Code、Codex 与 Cursor

Everything your coding agent needs to build with Runway's API, now in one install.

Today, we're launching Runway Dev plugins for Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. One install connects your coding agent to your Runway Dev account through the Runway Dev MCP and adds Runway's skills for building with the API. Describe the feature you want, like a product video for every item in your store, and your agent builds it end-to-end without leaving the editor.

How It Works

With the Runway Dev plugin, your agent has direct access to your account and Runway Dev tools at every step.

Setting up. Your agent starts by reading your Runway Dev account, including the projects available, the models each project can use with their prices and limits and the credit balance. The integration is sized to what the project actually has access to.

Building. Runway’s skills show your agent how to build with the official SDKs and which Runway Dev tool fits each job. Your agent creates a Model Router to pick the right model for each request, or a Character for real-time avatars, directly from the editor. For common use cases, it builds on Recipes, Runway’s ready-made pipelines, or on Workflows your team has published as API endpoints in the Runway app.

Debugging. When a task fails, your agent looks up the error details and sees why a Model Router picked a given model, so it knows what to check next.

Install the plugin, sign in with your Runway Dev account the first time your agent uses it, and start describing features. No API key is stored in the plugin.

Runway Dev is built for anyone who ships by directing a coding agent, from indie developers and technical founders to product engineers and product managers who build their own features. With Runway Dev, you can build generative media into your products and pipelines, such as a product video for every new catalog listing, an upscale button in an internal tool or a localization workflow that runs on new assets.

Install Runway Dev wherever you build:

• Claude Code: run /plugin install runway-api@claude-plugins-official
• Codex: run codex plugin marketplace add runwayml/skills, then codex plugin add runway-api@runway-dev, or install from the plugin directory in ChatGPT and Codex
• Cursor: type /add-plugin runway-api in Agent chat, or install from the Cursor Marketplace
